Many people might have heard about grin affairs.
However for those who do not know whats grin affairs, grin affairs is basically a cake shop located at everton park which sells cake. The unique part about this shop is that the cakes are sold in bottle of jars which makes it cute and at the same time cool.

There are about 12 flavours on the menu and basically, each flavor is a creation of layered cake and mousse. I have been there couple of times already and i still like eating the cakes thou it is super far from my house.
The price ranges from $480~$550 i think?

Happy teachers' day and maxwell food court

Today marks the day of teachers' day celebration :)

Woke up and went back to orchid park secondary school for celebration.
I kinda missed my secondary life whereby we could wear our uniform and always listening to the nagging and getting detention class because we did not do our homework. I still can vividly remember about the times i got my book teared and also threw out of class. I admit i kinda hate the teacher during that period of time but when i grew up, i just realized that whatever they do is for our own good and i missed those times thou. During poly, most lecturers do not really care if you do not hand up your homework so we will die if we never hand up our stuff.

Okay back to celebration, it was damm embarrassing when i actually slip and fell when i am reaching the school gate but oh well,

After that, we left school and ZC drove us to collect some stuff for gavin and then we headed down to maxwell food court to eat our lunch.

I bought bean curd from here and it think that this bean curd is actually quite nice so if you are Maxwell food court, you should really try this! :)

A little write up about maxwell food court (quoted from online)

It is located in the heart of chinatown, maxwell road hawker centre has over 100 stalls, providing one of the biggest varieties of local food in singapore.

 Some must try items here will be: 

1) tian tian chicken rice

2) the traditional congee with pork and century egg from Zhen zhen porridge stall

3) marina south delicious food stall char kway teow

4) lao ban and the beancurd nearby

The opening hours will be from 8am~10pm :)

If you are nearby, you can also head down over to amoy food centre or hong lim complex to eat.
